Services List
Overnight Postpartum Support
This service provides essential physical, emotional, and informational support to new parents and their families during the critical fourth trimester, the first weeks and months after a baby arrives. Overnight infant support is a service where a postpartum doula/newborn care specialist tends to your baby throughout the night, handling feedings, diaper changes, and soothing. We take care of baby chores and prep items that parents will need. This allows parents to get a full, uninterrupted night of restorative sleep.
Virtual Postpartum Support
This service provides professional emotional, educational, and practical support to new parents remotely through video calls, texts, and phone calls. I help with issues like newborn care, feeding, sleep, and the emotional transition to parenthood. Receive support from the comfort of your own home, fitting consultations into your schedule.
A Day In The Life
A typical evening consists of making sure that the house is tidy, baby’s laundry is washed and folded, your favorite soups are prepared, cooled and jarred. I soothe baby, handle diaper changes and take care of feedings (or bring them to you to breastfeed) while you stay cozy in bed. When you wake up, you're refreshed and ready to love on baby.
You don’t have to do it alone.
You were never meant to carry this beautiful, weighty transition all by yourselves. Leaning on the loving support of others is not a sign of struggle, but a profound act of care for your new family and for yourselves. Allow your village to hold you, so you can fully soak in the sacred, fleeting moments with your precious little one.
Taking the first step can be the hardest part, but you don't have to do it alone. Let me help you navigate your path to a happier, healthier life with your new baby.
